En Insside , empresa líder en ciberseguridad, queremos sumar a un/a Manager de Gobierno, Riesgo y Cumplimiento (GRC) para liderar nuestra unidad de servicios profesionales. Buscamos a alguien que combine vision estratégica , expertise técnico , orientación al cliente y pasión por construir equipos de alto rendimiento . Como Manager de GRC vas a: Liderar la estrategia, roadmap y crecimiento del área GRC. Garantizar la excelencia en auditorías PCI (incluyendo QSA) y otros marcos: ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, CIS Controls , entre otros. Supervisar el delivery de evaluaciones, gap assessments, readiness y consultorías. Gestionar un equipo de ~10 consultores, con fuerte foco en desarrollo y mentoring. Asegurar el cumplimiento técnico, documental y metodológico de los servicios. Ser referente ante clientes corporativos: preventa, ejecución y cierre. Colaborar con el área comercial en ofertas, propuestas y licitaciones. Estandarizar procesos internos para escalar operaciones a nivel regional. Mantenerte al día con cambios en normativa PCI y otros frameworks. Lo que buscamos en vos: 5-7 años de experiencia en GRC, cumplimiento o seguridad de la información. Experiencia liderando equipos y gestionando auditorías PCI y otros marcos. Conocimiento sólido en frameworks como ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, CIS Controls. Experiencia interactuando con clientes corporativos y gestión de proyectos. Español e inglés fluido. Formación en Ingeniería, Sistemas, Seguridad o carreras afines. Certificaciones como QSA, QPA, CISA, CISM, CISSP (deseables). Disponibilidad para viajar (nacional e internacionalmente). Modalidad de trabajo Híbrido (3 en Presencial en nuestras oficinas de CABA, 2 Home Office) Serás responsable de una práctica estratégica para la compañía. Tendrás libertad para innovar, proponer y construir. Trabajarás con referentes técnicos y cuentas de alto nivel. Impacto real en la región (Latam + España).
