Healthcare & Life Sciences Subject Matter Expert

We are seeking a Healthcare & Life Sciences Subject Matter Expert (SME) to drive the design, implementation, and adoption of Agentic AI and other advanced digital solutions across our life sciences client base. The ideal candidate combines deep industry knowledge with consulting expertise, strong client engagement skills, and an entrepreneurial drive to expand our footprint in the sector. This role bridges strategic consulting, technical execution, and business development , ensuring the success of AI transformation programs across pharma, and medtech organizations. You will have the chance to: Client Consulting & Delivery Lead discovery and strategy sessions with client stakeholders (Commercial, Medical, Digital, Data Science, and IT functions). Translate business challenges into AI-driven and digital transformation opportunities. Oversee, from a non-technical perspective, the end-to-end implementation of Agentic AI solutions, including workflow design, governance, and integration with enterprise systems. Ensure deliverables meet regulatory, compliance, and ethical standards specific to Life Sciences. Act as the trusted advisor guiding clients through change management, adoption, and ROI realization. Team Leadership & Delivery Management Manage multidisciplinary delivery teams (ALL Studio Networks and AI studio HLS globers). Define scope, milestones, and success metrics for consulting and implementation engagements. Maintain alignment with solutioning and tech teams to accelerate delivery and innovation. Business Development & Growth Identify and qualify new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts. Partner with Sales and Marketing to co-develop proposals, pitches, and thought‑leadership content. Represent the company at industry events, panels, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence. Contribute to go‑to‑market strategies, offerings, and playbooks tailored to the Healthcare & Life Sciences vertical. What will help you succeed Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field. 7+ years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, or strategy roles within the pharma, biotech, or medtech sectors, either as a provider or directly working in the industry. Proven track record delivering technology‑driven solutions, ideally with exposure to AI, analytics, or automation platforms. Exceptional communication and client‑facing skills in both strategic and technical discussions. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish. Preferred Business‑development experience, including proposal design and client relationship management. Portuguese. This job can be filled in Buenos Aires #LI-Hybrid.
