Why Trafilea We build and scale our own DTC brands We operate at large media scale with high ownership and accountability We invest heavily in AI, automation, and experimentation We move fast, test relentlessly, and expect strong execution Fully remote, competitive USD salary, paid time off, and global exposure Job Responsibilities As a Google Growth Marketer, your mission is to drive profitable customer acquisition and revenue growth through data‑driven execution and optimization across Google Search (Brand & Non‑Brand), PMAX, Shopping, and Display. Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search Brand, Search Non‑Brand, Shopping, PMAX, and Display to achieve growth and profitability targets. Own daily performance monitoring and scaling decisions, leveraging trend analysis, optimization rules, and data signals to maximize efficiency and revenue. Manage and forecast budgets at funnel and product level, ensuring alignment with ROAS, CAC, and profitability goals. Define and execute bidding strategies (Target ROAS, Max Conversion Value, AI Max) tailored to each funnel and campaign objective. Optimize the full acquisition funnel from impression to checkout, driving improvements in CTR, CVR, AOV, and overall conversion efficiency. Lead structured creative and copy testing, identifying winning angles and scaling high‑performing ad combinations in collaboration with creative teams. Analyze search terms, auction insights, and competitive dynamics to uncover growth opportunities and reduce inefficiencies. Ensure strategic alignment between Search and PMAX, preventing overlap, cannibalization, and wasted spend. Produce and deliver actionable performance reporting, translating data into clear insights, prioritized actions, and next steps. Continuously research platform updates, market trends, and best practices, contributing learnings to internal playbooks and improving long‑term performance frameworks. Requirements 2–3+ years of hands‑on experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, PMAX, Display) Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into action Data‑driven, performance‑oriented profile with strong business intuition Background in analytics, engineering, science, or similar fields is a plus Experience working with CRO concepts and funnel optimization Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast‑paced environments High attention to detail and comfort with complex, technical challenges Advanced English proficiency (mandatory) Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full‑time Job function Marketing and Sales Industries Software Development #J-18808-Ljbffr
