Este no es un rol tradicional de desarrollo. Es tu oportunidad de innovar y potenciar el futuro de QA combinando código con inteligencia artificial (IA) para revolucionar cómo aseguramos la calidad en Despegar. El Desafío Te sumás a un equipo de QA en plena transformación, donde vas a ser protagonista del cambio hacia un QA asistido por herramientas tecnológicas e IA. Tu misión: formarás parte de un equipo que liderará la transformación tecnológica, guiando y capacitando a profesionales con experiencia en testing manual hacia la adopción de nuevas herramientas y metodologías basadas en IA. ¿Qué vas a hacer? Desarrollar herramientas de automatización, análisis y monitoreo basadas en IA especializadas en testing/ QA Capacitar al equipo en la adopción de nuevas tecnologías Guiar la evolución profesional de testers manuales hacia la automatización y nuevas tecnología Mentorizar a profesionales que están dando sus primeros pasos en programación Formar parte de un equipo con metodologías consolidadas y procesos bien establecidos Tech Stack Backend: Java (nuestro core tecnológico) IA y Automatización: Herramientas de automatización de testing e IA Testing: Frameworks de automatización y nuevas tecnologías Metodología: Equipos ordenados con rituales ágiles establecidos Lo que buscamos Technical Skills Experiencia sólida en desarrollo Backend con Java Mentalidad de innovación para traer nuevas tecnologías al equipo Conocimiento en testing/QA (nice to have, no excluyente) Experiencia con herramientas de automatización Interés en IA aplicada a testing/QA Soft Skills Leadership técnico para impulsar cambios Habilidades de mentoring para acompañar transiciones Paciencia y empatía para trabajar con equipos en aprendizaje Ownership extremo sos dueño del proceso, resultados y aprendizajes Growth Mindset el error no es amenaza, es data para mejorar ¿Por qué es único este rol?
