Senior Product Marketing Manager – Convatec Convatec is a global medical products and technologies company focused on solutions for chronic condition management. With around 10,000 colleagues across almost 100 countries, Convatec provides products and services that improve patient outcomes and reduce care costs. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Plan, forecast, and market products throughout the lifecycle, focusing on launches to maximize sales revenue, market share, and profit margins. Analyze market conditions, identify trends and customer requirements, and develop opportunities for product differentiation. Develop strategic launch plans based on stakeholder input, including deadlines and milestones. Define target audiences and develop outreach strategies to meet market needs. Understand the patient pathway and buying journey process, including pain points and buyer influences. Identify key opinion leaders (KOLs) for launch plan definition and execution in synergy with Sales, Marketing, Clinics, Education. Create comprehensive strategic plans: marketplace evaluation, competition, SWOT, pricing comparisons, success measurement, communication planning. Develop market knowledge and best practices for successful product launch. Communicate goals, timelines, deliverables, obstacles, and dependencies to internal stakeholders. Follow up on launch projects, holding all teams accountable for timely task completion. Work closely with Franchise Marketing Manager to perform market research, customer needs, and product positioning. Develop go‑to‑market strategy, launch details communication, and regular stakeholder check‑ins. Develop launch messages for each stakeholder (HCPs, distributors, sales, education, clinic). Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (healthcare professional preferred). Experience in sales and marketing within the medical devices industry. Knowledge of the healthcare system, medical devices/Pharma market, key players, regulations, and trends. Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills for engaging customers and stakeholders. Excellent communication and presentation skills in local language and English (verbal and written). Ability to work in a dynamic fast‑paced environment. Understanding of Program and Portfolio Management. Strong situational awareness, facilitation, team building, problem solving, and conflict resolution skills. Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
