We are seeking a detail-oriented and competent Legal Counsel to join our client’s team. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to advise on a wide range of legal matters. You will play a key role in ensuring the organization’s compliance, managing legal risks, and supporting business operations with clear, practical legal guidance. Location : Remote or on-site, depending on company requirements Job Responsibilities Provide legal advice and support across various departments Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies Conduct legal research and monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations Manage external counsel and coordinate on complex legal matters Support risk management initiatives and assist in resolving legal disputes Guide internal stakeholders on legal procedures and best practices Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Law; Juris Doctor or equivalent preferred Licensed to practice law in applicable jurisdiction Proven experience as Legal Counsel or similar legal role Strong knowledge of corporate, contract, and regulatory law Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills High level of integrity, discretion, and professional judgment Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements Internet Connection: Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps. Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps. Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage. Primary Device: Desktop or laptop equipped with at least: Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor. A minimum of 8 GB RAM. Backup Device: Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor. Must be functional during power interruptions. Additional Requirements: A functioning webcam. A noise-canceling USB headset. A quiet, dedicated home office space. A smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
