We are currently seeking a Site Engagement Liaison to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Site Engagement Liaison at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in fostering relationships with clinical trial sites, enhancing site engagement, and contributing to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies. What you will be doing Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders at clinical trial sites, including principal investigators, site coordinators, and research staff. Providing support and guidance to site staff on study protocols, procedures, and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and successful study conduct. Identifying opportunities to improve site engagement and optimize site performance through regular communication and feedback mechanisms. Collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement site engagement strategies tailored to the specific needs of each study and site. Monitoring site performance metrics and providing regular updates to study teams on site engagement activities and outcomes. Your profile Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field. Previous experience as CRA II or Sr CRA. Based in Buenos Aires. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements for clinical trials. What ICON can offer you Our success depends on the quality of our people.
