Front End Engineer

RYZ Labs is seeking a Front-end Engineer to join one of our client's dynamic teams. The ideal candidate will focus on developing high-quality, user-facing features and contribute to an engaging and seamless user experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of performant and scalable front-end solutions. Responsibilities Develop and maintain user-facing features with clean, reusable, and maintainable code. Collaborate with the design team to ensure pixel-perfect UI and intuitive user experiences. Write and maintain unit and integration tests to guarantee code quality and reliability. Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance. Review code and provide constructive technical feedback to team members. Mentor and coach less experienced engineers, fostering a team-oriented atmosphere. Define standards and best practices for testing, software delivery, and observability. Participate actively in team meetings, including stand-ups and sprint planning. Create and update technical documentation. Implement improvements to development processes. Debug and resolve production issues. Advocate for adopting new technologies and design patterns to enhance business capabilities. Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver aligned, high-quality user experiences. Stay current with front-end development trends and explore innovations. Work with engineering leads to design and implement scalable, maintainable, and performant front-end solutions. Implement observability with technologies such as Datadog and Sentry. Enforce best practices and review PRs to maintain code quality. Qualifications 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development. Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and relevant front-end frameworks. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles. Proven experience in optimizing application performance. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Experience in an Agile development environment. Specific experience with server-side rendering (SSR) and CMS driven architecture.
