We are currently looking for a person to join our Product team as an Associate Product Owner II for the Commercial direction. Functions: Identify opportunities with a strong data-driven focus, build business cases, and prioritize initiatives based on effort and expected impact. Work with IT and UX/UI teams to implement projects and features that impact the business and user experience. Analyze industry competition and benchmark to find improvements and propose initiatives to make processes more efficient. Work with stakeholders to collect feedback and design innovative, customer-centric products. Implement initiatives, measure success, monitor product performance, and adjust strategies as needed. Track business KPIs, ensuring initiatives contribute to achieving objectives. Requirements: Professionals with degrees in Engineering, Economics, Administration, or related fields. Minimum one year of experience in product or business areas such as commercial planning, marketing performance, or operations. Experience in data exploitation, report generation, and insights through SQL and product metrics (funnels, conversion, traffic). Proactive professionals committed to results, with strong analytical skills, understanding the dynamics of technology-focused companies, customer-oriented, and adaptable to dynamic environments.
