Renewals Specialist As a SaaS (Software as a Service) business, contract renewal is a critical function to support both our growth and day-to-day operations. Every customer is unique, and we work with some of the largest and most dynamic companies in the market. As a Renewals Specialist you will have the opportunity to learn to develop and negotiate commercial proposals to meet our customers' varied needs. Teamwork and attention to detail are key to be successful in this position. Challenges and Objectives Understand the different roles of customer stakeholders and adapt your communication style to match. Investigate different scenarios to develop proposals that aren’t always obvious. Navigate the customer decision making process to aid in completing renewals on time. Deliver a friendly, harmonious and efficient experience for all involved in the contract renewal process. Day-to-Day Activities Negotiate with customers to cover their needs while keeping Avature’s interests in mind. Interact with different teams to understand account background to develop your offer. Review, understand and document existing services provided to customers. Utilize our renewals process to deliver renewed contracts on time. About You Great organizational skills and proactive. Analytical mindset and detail-oriented. Affinity with numbers (Excel skills are a must). Advanced written and spoken English. Adaptable and fast learner.
