Team Overview The Americas Commercial Finance team delivers superior deal support and collaborates closely with the Americas Sales organization. Role Summary As a Service Delivery Hub Commercial Business Partner (SDH CBP) , you will play a pivotal role in supporting the commercial finance function. Key Responsibilities Serve as a strategic advisor to Americas sales teams, guiding Account Executives on customer inquiries, pricing strategies, commercial standards, and contract matters. Act as the primary liaison for the commercial finance team, fostering seamless communication among business units. Provide comprehensive deal structuring guidance across all Lines of Business, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Identify and address inefficiencies in existing processes, championing continuous improvement initiatives. Build enduring partnerships with sales teams, focusing on long‑term business growth. Conduct independent analysis, validate insights with rigorous analysis, and communicate findings to stakeholders. Apply strong analytical, strategic vision, and problem‑solving skills in assessing risks and commercial matters. Maintain the highest level of integrity and trustworthiness, expressing candid opinions. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills at all levels. Employ resourcefulness and new technologies to enhance operational effectiveness. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of finance‑related experience, including commercial finance, revenue accounting, pricing, or billing. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field. Proficiency in English (written and spoken). Advanced proficiency in Portuguese (written and spoken). Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Self‑motivated with strong analytical, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks under pressure. Collaborative team player with proactive involvement in internal and external projects.
