SEO Associate Manager (Healthcare) – Power Digital Marketing About the Company We are a tech‑enabled growth firm specialising in SEO, content marketing, paid media, social media, public relations, and more. Role Overview The SEO Associate Manager will support day‑to‑day client strategy from auditing to content and technical execution, ensuring alignment with both SEO best practices and client business goals. Responsibilities Assist in creating strategic client roadmaps that align with SEO best practices and client business goals. Support the implementation of SEO optimisations on client WordPress sites as a key member of an SEO pod. Collaborate on the development and joint presentation of monthly performance reports to Account Managers and client points of contact. Serve as a subject‑matter expert for clients and Account Managers on content and technical SEO strategies. Lead core management of SEO activities, including strategy, UX, onsite content, and link building. Conduct ongoing keyword research and mapping to identify target topics and develop relevant content and on‑page optimisation strategies. Qualifications 1–2 years of experience delivering digital campaigns that deliver measurable business results. Proven track record of SEO wins (e.g., designing, building, and optimising successful campaigns that generate volume and best‑in‑class performance). Experience with on‑site technical SEO, local listings, reputation sites, SEO tools, content strategy development, social media strategy, influencer marketing, digital PR, and link building techniques. Strong background in WordPress for website changes, SEO optimisations, and troubleshooting. Comfortable meeting with clients and presenting cohesive strategies. Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level. Ability to build and lead a team of skilled content and SEO partners. Strategic mindset, performance‑driven, and able to interpret analytics data to develop impactful campaigns. Strong ability to switch between client projects quickly and handle fast‑paced deliverables. Collaborative approach and ability to work well with a small group of passionate marketers.
