Solutions Consultant Compensation: USD 55,000 annually (USD 50,000 base + USD 5,000 variable) Contract type: Contractor with full-time employee benefits About the Company We are a fast-growing startup providing innovative solutions for Go‑to‑Market (GTM) teams at global companies. We’re looking to add another remote Solutions Consultant on the Customer Success team who is technical, self‑directed, highly personable and responsive. You’ll take immediate ownership of key accounts and have a direct impact on top‑line revenue for our business. Momentum is a remote‑equal company, with offices in Oklahoma City, San Francisco, Vancouver, Rosario (Argentina) and Hyderabad. This role is remote from Buenos Aires, Argentina. Customer Relationship & Technical Support Act as the primary technical point of contact for all post‑sales customer needs, managing 30–50 accounts simultaneously. Troubleshoot technical issues, build workflows, triage requests, and serve as the bridge between customers and the engineering team. Maintain strong, long‑term relationships, serving as the technical subject matter expert (SME) for strategic client discussions. Understand customer business goals and challenges, ensuring our products align with their needs and drive measurable results. Customer Onboarding & Training Lead onboarding processes from proof of concept to full post‑sales adoption, ensuring customers gain immediate value from the platform. Conduct regular check‑ins (weekly, bi‑weekly, or monthly) to identify new challenges and showcase how our solutions can help. Deliver training sessions to empower customers to maximize the value of product features. Strategic Account Planning Collaborate with clients to create and execute strategic account plans, identifying upselling and cross‑selling opportunities based on customer needs and product offerings. Product Feedback & Improvement Act as a liaison between customers and product teams, sharing feedback directly with leadership and engineers to shape product improvements and feature development. 4–5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a SaaS or product‑focused tech company. Proven ability to manage high‑volume customer portfolios (30–50 accounts) with ongoing relationship responsibilities. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred. Experience with Salesforce Flows and Admin certifications. Client‑Facing profile is a MUST. Excellent communication skills and a customer‑first mindset. Self‑starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a high‑growth, startup environment where things move fast and autonomy is key.
