Descripción del puesto Somos una empresa multinacional de insumos para la industria y el comercio que opera en Argentina desde 1980. Pertenecemos al GRUPO WURTH. Buscamos Community Manager que nos permita mejorar la performance digital. Responsabilidades Planificación e implementación de campañas publicitarias en Facebook, Instagram y Google. Seguimiento diario, monitoreo de métricas y evaluación de resultados. Segmentación de público estratégico. Idear e implementar estrategias comerciales alineadas a los objetivos de la empresa. Trabajo metódico y ordenado. Informarse continuamente sobre las competencias y la marca propia para mantener el pulso a la imagen y reputación online. Conocer y estudiar al target objetivo y a followers potenciales. Realizar acciones en coordinación con el departamento de Marketing y Diseño. Engagement constante con los clientes. Perfil Presidposición a trabajar en equipo. Excelente ortografía y copy creativa. Trabajo metódico y ordenado. Habilidades soft: empatía, buen entendimiento, autenticidad. Creativo/a. Responsividad a todo tipo de mensajes, positivos y negativos. Disponibilidad para trabajar de manera 100% presencial. Conocimientos necesarios (excluyentes) Google Ads. Facebook Ads.
