If you're someone who’s passionate about connecting talent with opportunities, eager to learn, and ready to be part of a fun, high-performing team — we’d love to meet you Responsibilities Identify and attract top talent through databases and social media, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers. Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies. Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs. Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports. Work closely with the Sales team to deliver top talent to clients. Leverage AI technology to make recruiting smarter and faster. Design and implement the overall recruiting strategy. Develop and update job descriptions and specifications. Perform job and task analysis to document requirements. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs on appropriate boards/newspapers/colleges. Screen candidates’ resumes and applications. Conduct interviews using reliable tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule. Assess applicants’ knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes. Onboard new employees. Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices. Qualifications Advanced level of English language; strong verbal and written communication skills. Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources or related fields. At least 6 months of experience in recruiting (internship is a plus). Proven track record of working independently and proactively engaging in a client-side environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
