Join to apply for the Financial Analyst role at Ryz Labs . RYZ Labs is looking for an experienced Financial Analyst to join one of our clients’ teams. The role is focused on delivering advanced financial modeling and analytical insights that support strategic real estate decisions for large, complex organizations. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or related field 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in commercial real estate Strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles, particularly lease accounting standards Advanced Excel skills with the ability to build complex financial models from scratch Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis Strong analytical and quantitative skills Experience with DCF modeling and NPV analysis Excellent written and verbal communication skills Responsibilities Financial Modeling & Analysis: Develop and deliver advanced financial models and analyses, including NPV, scenarios, and sensitivities, to support strategic real estate decisions Transaction Support & Analysis: Evaluate and compare lease and building alternatives, providing financial justification and clear, client-ready recommendations Lease Analysis & Documentation: Analyze lease agreements, prepare summaries, and maintain market data to ensure alignment with client requirements and benchmarks Accounting & Financial Reporting Support: Apply GAAP principles to lease accounting analysis, supporting compliance, classification, and financial impact assessments Client & Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams and clients to support transactions, due diligence, and the presentation of financial insights About RYZ Labs RYZ Labs is a startup studio founded in 2021 by two lifelong entrepreneurs.
