If you think you might be a fit, we’d like to hear from you Research Analyst (Multiple Openings) About Us: Rivet Fi is building the premier stablecoin denominated, BTC collateralized line-of-credit (LOC) product for Latin America. We aim to provide crypto owners in Latin America the credit they deserve. In emerging markets, credit is often hard to access, too expensive, and difficult to manage. We can help solve this problem by leveraging crypto ownership in Latin America. We BTC owners a fixed USDT line of credit that can be used for everyday, real world expenses, while allowing them to retain BTC appreciation potential. Our offering is a fixed credit line of up to 2,000 USDT, with high approval rates regardless of credit history and interest rates as low as 1.5% per month (comparable to US credit cards). Borrower collateral is securely stored and returned when the account is closed with zero balance. We are launching in H2 of 2025 in Argentina, Venezuela, and Colombia and expanding to other Latin America countries thereafter. Summary: A Research Analyst is a part-time professional who will work to improve the utility of our line-of-credit product in their local market and help Rivet Fi evaluate competitor and potential products and marketing strategies. Required Qualifications: We are looking for someone who: Owns crypto (specifically BTC) for at least 3 years, is tech savvy and enthusiastic with a good understanding of crypto technology, trends, and companies. Has strong communication (is proficient in both English and Spanish) and research skills (able to construct competitive landscape and market maps). Lives in either Argentina, Columbia, or Venezuela with all documents required for eligibility for local crypto service providers, lenders, and/or banks. This will include local ID or passport, and possibly proof of residence. Able to track trends and news (e.g., fundraising, M&A activity, blockchains supported) in competitor and potential partner fintech and neobank credit offerings and media, including newsletters and forums where credit offerings are discussed (e.g. platform specific channels like Telegram, Discord, X, Reddit, podcasts). Able to assist in Rivet Fi line of credit product testing, and development of marketing campaigns and collateral. Has a strong sense of integrity, responsibility, and attention to detail. Has 1-2 years of experience with similar positions. Responsibilities: Identify all crypto custodian and off-ramp providers in his or her local market (with our help), onboard to each of these and work with us to map out how to fund collateral, receive disbursements, and send stablecoin payments to our service from the platform. Evaluate stablecoin off-ramp products in the market, including physical and virtual debit cards, cash withdrawal, and point of sale connectivity. Apply for credit at the major fintech and bank sources in their market so we can understand where our offering stands in comparison to other credit sources in terms of loan amount / credit limit, interest rate, and odds of approval. Classify and evaluate different marketing channel strategies for competitor and potential partners, including posts on social media, virtual and in-person events, print advertising, and other promotions.
