Update QES systems and processes. Ensure all controls are executed and deviations handled. Report periodically con QES organization and SA Director of main metrics and deviations.* Coordinate QES team, supervise activities, coach and train resources. Provide training and guidance to other areas in the organizations in QES processes.* Ensure that BioAg Pilar is in compliance with provincial/state and federal environmental, health and safety regulations Maintain updated documentation of all processes and controls. Attend all external and internal audits. Ensure all main certifications (ISO, OHSAS, others) are maintained and all regulations regarding QES are fulfilled.* Collaborate with Industrial Treatment area to ensure quality of processes and products treated in third party centers. Collaborate with other site projects.* Implement all corporate policies regarding QES in Pilar site. Participate in corporate projects when needed.* Responsible for preparing, monitoring and reporting on the QES budget for BioAg Pilar. It budget cover: legal external support for safety and environmental topics, legal formalities required, environmental and safety monitoring, wastes expenditures, PPI expenditures, QC external labs expenditures.* Lead site projects related to process improvements.* Interaction with external contacts (agencies, customers, suppliers, corporate auditors, inspectors, etc.).* Interaction with internal contacts (all areas).**Requirements:*** Engineer, specialization in QES.* 3 years experience in similar roles.* Fluent in English* Basic Portuguese desirable.**Then apply today**At Novonesis we commit to an inclusive recruitment process and equality of opportunity for all our job applicants.
