We also offer an Employee Purchase Program, the MileOne Support Fund: by Employees, for Employees, the NextMile Scholarship Program, an Employee Assistance Program and more. **Essential Duties:*** Answering incoming customer calls and making appointments* Greet all customers, identify them, and verify Loaner agreement and reservation* Facilitate the Courtesy Loaner Vehicle process; verifying and documenting all necessary driver information to provide for an efficient and timely rental and return experience* Communicating with customers to answer questions and address concerns about their reservations or loaner car* Assigning customers to their appropriate loaner car* Checking loner car conditions and managing the fleet**Qualifications:*** Must have valid driver’s license; with 2 or fewer moving violations* Ability to multitask in a high volume environment and build relationships with clients to ensure high level of customer service, return business and referrals* Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals* Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software, internet proficiency and general mathematics skillsMileOne Autogroup is an equal opportunity employer and we maintain a drug free work environment.
