We have an incredible opportunity for a Director, Data Management to join ICON’s Imaging Cardiac Services team. The Director, Data Management will direct the day-to-day management of the Imaging Data Management department in a manner consistent with SOP’s, regulations, and ICON policies, ensuring all functions, projects, and tasks are handled with the highest quality, on time, and within budget. Location: United States (Remote) What you will be doing: Overseeing the development and implementation of data management strategies for clinical trials Managing a team of data managers to ensure accurate and timely cleaning and delivery to customers for clinical trial data Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to design data collection methodologies and develop data management plans and / or specifications Providing expertise in data standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices Monitoring data quality and implementing corrective actions as needed to ensure data integrity Your profile: 10 years of imaging data management experience 10 years of people‑leadership experience with the ability to effectively manage teams and collaborate across departments Expertise in CDSIC and SDTM Proficiency in SAS and CSV required; Python (preferred) Strong understanding of GCP guidelines, regulatory requirements, and industry standards for clinical data management Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred What ICON can offer you: Our success depends on the quality of our people.
