What You’ll Do Support strategic planning and operational execution for Giftlete’s Q1 buildout Analyze data, processes, and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement Collaborate directly with leadership on priorities tied to growth and scale Build dashboards, reports, and insights to drive decision-making Help structure and support a growing team of junior or less-experienced talent Contribute to project management, operational processes, and cross-functional initiatives Take ownership of critical tasks in a fast-moving environment with minimal oversight Ideal Candidate Profile 1–5 years of experience, ideally in: Management consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) Big 4 advisory (KPMG, Deloitte, EY, PwC) Investment banking or corporate finance High-performance startups or software companies Strong analytical skills and comfort with data Ability to learn fast and operate in dynamic, ambiguous environments Skilled communicator who can collaborate with leadership Detail-oriented, structured thinker, and strong problem solver Comfortable balancing strategic work with hands‑on operational tasks If this opportunity sounds good to you, send us your resume #J-18808-Ljbffr
