Main mission of the role Lead the Retail Design team to improve performance and processes in order to deliver meaningful solutions and ideas for our Stores and Brand. Impact significantly on the quality and creativity of the Brand in all Retail and offline. Role functions Develop and follow up the brand execution in terms of retail and offline. Must create, innovate, improve and lead the team. Work cross-functionally and collaborates successfully with other global teams during the stores planning, construction, interior design and execution. Ensure the right design, communication and experience for the clients with the brand to support the business objectives. Online Portfolio / Book with samples of work is mandatory Hard Skills A minimum of 8+ years working in Branding & Retail. Must have experience in POP, BTL Activations and/or Interior design. Knows SketchUp, V-Ray, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign & other design software. Advanced skills in Graphic & Industrial Design. Advanced English is mandatory. Portuguese/Spanish is preferred. Regional / Global experience preferred. SketchUp V-Ray AutoCAD Photoshop Illustrator InDesign Other design software Soft skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Creativity, inspiring leadership, and good negotiation abilities. Ability to manage teams, give clear feedback, and balance creativity with strategic design thinking. Executional excellence: organized and efficient across multiple projects with high attention to detail. Highly responsible: meets deadlines while maintaining high quality and unity for all brand assets. Owner mentality: problem solver who achieves quality with available resources. Loves teamwork: mentors others and helps them grow. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Role Success KPIs Channel conversions; Productivity: time and quality per asset; Brand recall, equity and attributes.
