Role Overview You’ll lead and execute quality assurance for both customer implementations and internally developed products. This includes personally executing manual and automated tests as well as designing and validating test plans, ensuring complete coverage of requirements, managing test trackers, coordinating defect resolution, and working directly with development, product, and client teams to deliver flawless results. You’ll also play a leadership role in ensuring QA best practices are applied across all projects, mentoring team members, and improving processes to make QA a core strength of every delivery. Core Responsibilities Lead QA Planning – Define and own comprehensive test strategies and scripts that ensure full coverage of functional and non-functional requirements. Personally Execute Tests – Run manual and automated test cases yourself, validate outcomes, and ensure results match requirements. Manage Test Trackers – Maintain visibility on execution progress, defects, and closure rates; ensure nothing is missed. Validate Coverage – Map requirements to test cases to ensure every feature and scenario is tested. Coordinate Execution – Oversee additional test runs by team members, validate results, log issues, and confirm resolutions. Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Partner with developers, business analysts, and project managers to align on scope, timelines, and deliverables. Identify Risks – Spot potential quality issues early and escalate with solutions. Mentor & Lead – Share best practices, train QA team members, and raise the quality bar for all projects. Nice-to-Have (But We’ll Teach You If You Don’t Have Them Yet) Familiarity with ERP, procurement, finance, or supply chain systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Coupa, etc.). Experience with QA automation tools and frameworks. Knowledge of agile, scrum, or Kanban methodologies. Understanding of enterprise workflows like procurement, finance, or operations.
