SITE EHS PROFESSIONAL Mission: Leads, sets up and controls the site’s EHS management program in the following areas: Safety, machine conformity requirements, working conditions and Ergonomics, Environmental protection, energy management § Insurance requirements : contributes to the prevention and protection of the sites/employees § Process owner of the EHS activities in the IMS system (process review, KPIs management, procedure periodic review and update, corrective and preventive actions implementation as needed and resources provision for process realization) taking into consideration relevant requirements and its evolution EHS Assessment monitoring Risk assessment update, number of Top safety observations, Legal requirements update, Machine conformity, Tf2, OPAD results, energy consumption and CO2 emissions. Activities: Advises site management on EHS requirements and performance Ensures EHS control plan is fully implemented (Training, Maintenance, sampling and monitoring…) Helps identify unsafe conditions and environmental risks and recommends action plans Analyses accidents, incidents and occupational illnesses to set action plans with management Evaluates working conditions and site conformity to the legislation. Advises plant management in case ofnon-conformance in environmental, safety or working conditions. Proposes improvement of workingconditions. Ensures all required Corporate, Divisional and legal reporting are performed timely. Analyses the data and recommends actions. Ensures liaison with external bodies (insurance companies, local legal entities,…) Follows up EHS action plans implementation Follow up on Energy management programs Provides EHS inputs for the IMS system Manages the safety audits and the Top safety observation programTogether with management and MRO buyer, sources and validates appropriate personal protectivequipment Checks the conformity of each new facility, production means and of each chemical product used on site,and participates in the validation of plant lay out Ensures site follows insurance requirements regarding fire prevention and protection and reports progress to local management Ensures EHS induction procedures are properly organized Participates together with Plant Director in personal representatives meetings and committees dedicated to EHS Trains all new employees on EHS rules and standards (including temps) Liaises with sub-contractors and maintenance team to establish the prevention scheme, follows up closely the works in progress Monitoring supplier conformity with REAC, Keeps all necessary documentation up to date Analyses safety and environmental annual requirements and communicates to Plant Director for budget. REQUIRED: ISO 45001 and ISO 50001 auditors Advanced/conversational English proficiency DESIRABLE: Knowledge of/experience with ISO 50001 auditor #J-18808-Ljbffr
