8 or more years of hands on Salesforce development experience Required experience in financial services, private equity, asset management, investment banking, or a similarly regulated environment Proven experience supporting complex data models, approval workflows, and audit requirements Role Overview The Senior Salesforce Developer will serve as a technical owner for significant areas of the Salesforce platform. This individual will partner closely with Product Managers, Solution Architects, and business stakeholders to turn high level business direction into scalable Salesforce solutions appropriate for a private equity operating model. This is not a ticket execution role. The expectation is proactive ownership, solution leadership, and independent delivery based on direction rather than fully written stories. Key Responsibilities Own the technical design and implementation of Salesforce solutions supporting deal and relationship workflows Lead development of workflow driven processes using Flow, Apex, and Lightning components Translate ambiguous or high level business requirements into concrete technical designs Enhance and refactor existing objects and automation to support platform scalability and control Ensure solutions align with financial services standards for security, data integrity, and auditability Partner with Product and Architecture to influence roadmap and platform strategy Provide technical mentorship, code reviews, and guidance to junior developers Identify technical risks, data issues, and opportunities for automation improvements Required Skills Advanced Apex development and Lightning Web Component expertise Deep experience with Salesforce Flow including complex orchestration patterns Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing models, and per missioning in regulated environments Experience integrating Salesforce with upstream and downstream financial systems Demonstrated ownership and ability to self-direct work from high level direction #J-18808-Ljbffr
