Requirements Proven experience (5+ years) in a regulatory environment Practical experience and deep understanding of regulatory compliance obligations and regulations across industries (e.g., ISO standards, AICPA, privacy regulations, CFR, FINRA). Evaluate competing tasks and deadlines, effectively prioritizing work to align with business objectives and customer needs. Ability to quickly understand high level application of new regulations, standards and frameworks and their relevance to Client customer base Practical experience implementing, managing and optimizing processes to support business objectives. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining focus on detail, ensuring timely and accurate updates to content. Practical experience working with cross‑functional teams, especially with technical teams or customer‑facing teams. Strong understanding of using metrics and analytics to evaluate content usage, identify gaps, and optimize workflows. Job Responsibilities Content Management Monitor, organize, and maintain a comprehensive library of current and soon‑to‑be‑released U.S. and global security and privacy frameworks, regulations, and standards (“content”) relevant to Client customers. Track customer requests and feedback related to offered content to support continuous improvement and expansion of Client offering ensuring it meets our customer needs. Identify additional and supplemental content opportunities that bring value to customers beyond frameworks, standards and regulations. In collaboration with other stakeholders, develop and implement workflows for timely ingestion, verification, and publishing of regulatory content through the Client platform. This includes analysis of content structure and methods to appropriately represent it in the Client platform given its data architecture. Identify opportunities to further enhance offering to support customer needs Partner with data entry specialists to provide high‑quality content to Client customers. Collaboration & Integration Partner with product managers, engineers, and UX designers to integrate content into Client’s platform seamlessly and effectively, and ensure timely updates. Work cross‑functionally with customer‑facing teams to ensure in‑app content offering aligns with customer needs and enhances platform value to customers. Content Quality & Accuracy Ensure content offered through the Client platform is accurate, complete, up‑to‑date and relevant. Establish and enforce quality control processes to ensure high standards for all offered content. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to address any content‑related issues or gaps. Customer & Stakeholder Engagement Act as a subject matter expert on offered content, supporting internal teams and responding to customer inquiries. Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify content‑related challenges and opportunities for improvement. Reporting & Optimization Monitor and report on content usage, gaps, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
