Service Manager Tu rol y responsabilidades En este puesto, tendrás la oportunidad de brindar soporte al cliente, incluyendo asistencia técnica y apoyo relacionado con pedidos y pagos, con el objetivo de alcanzar los niveles esperados de calidad en el servicio, eficiencia operativa y satisfacción del cliente. Cada día, implementarás la estrategia de atención al cliente para aumentar la excelencia operativa y la satisfacción dentro del proceso de ventas. Además, aportarás tu experiencia apoyando el cumplimiento de los objetivos establecidos, supervisando el progreso e implementando acciones de mejora cuando sea necesario. Modelo de trabajo: híbrido Área de negocio: Robotics (Robótica), con base en Buenos Aires, Argentina. Tus principales responsabilidades Focalizarte en el cumplimiento de los objetivos definidos, incluyendo la rotación de inventario de productos terminados, la entrega a tiempo solicitada y el puntaje de satisfacción del cliente (Net Promoter Score). Procesar pedidos coordinando con los equipos de Ventas, Marketing de Producto, Logística y otras áreas internas, para garantizar que los clientes reciban la entrega de productos de forma precisa y oportuna. Actuar como primer punto de contacto ante consultas y pedidos de los clientes, asegurando la resolución efectiva de los problemas que puedan surgir. Brindar soporte en el servicio de pre y post‑venta, resolviendo inconvenientes y garantizando una comunicación eficiente y efectiva con los clientes mediante herramientas comerciales específicas. Requisitos para el puesto Título universitario en Administración de Empresas, Comercio Exterior, Economía o carreras afines. Experiencia comprobable en roles similares, con interacción con clientes y gestión de indicadores (KPIs). Conocimientos de SAP y manejo avanzado de Excel (deseable).
