Why DEPT®? We are pioneers at heart. What this means is that we are always leaning forward, thinking of what we can create tomorrow that does not exist today. We were born digital and we are a new model of agency, with a deep skillset in tech and marketing. That’s why we hire curious, self‑driven, talented people who never stop innovating. Our culture is big enough to cope and small enough to care. With people across 20+ countries, we’re big enough to provide you with the best tools, global opportunities, and benefits that help you thrive. While acting small by investing in you, your growth, your team, and giving you the autonomy to solve our clients’ problems, no matter where you are in the world. About You The future of analytics is driven by the connection between media, creativity, technology, and data. You understand that great measurement is more than tracking events; it’s about enabling smarter decisions, improving user experiences, and driving meaningful business outcomes. As a Data Analyst, you will work closely with the Analytics Lead and cross‑functional teams to implement, validate, and optimise measurement across digital ecosystems using GA4, GTM, and supporting data platforms. You will contribute to the entire analytics lifecycle: requirements gathering, data‑layer planning, tagging implementation, data QA, reporting, and dashboard creation. You will also support data modelling within BigQuery to prepare GA4 data for reporting and analysis. Responsibilities Participate in discovery and requirements sessions to understand business goals and translate them into tracking plans. Collaborate with developers and the Analytics Lead to design and document data‑layer specifications for GA4 tracking. Implement and validate events using GTM, including tag configuration, triggers, variables, and testing. Configure and maintain GA4 properties, including events, parameters, custom dimensions and conversions. Troubleshoot and validate tracking with debugging tools such as GA4 DebugView, Tag Assistant and similar. Support GA4 data exports and modelling within BigQuery to structure data for reporting and analysis. Build reports and dashboards using Looker Studio or other visualisation tools to communicate insights. Perform quality assurance, audits and ongoing maintenance to ensure accurate and consistent measurement. Collaborate with media, strategy and development teams to ensure analytics aligns with overall business objectives. Support documentation, tagging governance and measurement frameworks. Stay current with analytics best practices, privacy standards and updates across the Google ecosystem. Requirements 3‑6 years of digital analytics experience, ideally in an agency or multi‑client environment. Experience with GA4 set‑up, configuration, event tracking and reporting. Strong experience with GTM for implementing and validating tracking. Familiarity with BigQuery, including an understanding of the GA4 export schema. Ability to translate business requirements into measurement requirements and technical specifications. Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. Clear communication abilities and comfort working with cross‑functional teams. Fluency in English (written and verbal) and willingness to work approximately once a week from office locations. Additional Things That Will Impress Us Experience with Adobe Analytics, AEP Launch or other enterprise analytics tools. Familiarity with SQL, Snowflake, Redshift or other cloud data warehouses. Certifications in GA4, GTM, Google Cloud or similar technologies. Experience with server‑side tagging or marketing pixel governance. Fit Care deeply about clean, reliable data and strong measurement foundations. Enjoy solving tracking challenges and investigating data issues. Thrive in collaborative teams where analytics connects with strategy, design and engineering. Be eager to learn new tools and expand skills across cloud, analytics and data engineering environments. Benefits A fully equipped office to spend time together, with refreshments provided all week. Premium healthcare through OSDE for the employee and immediate family members. Mendel prepaid card with a monthly allowance for grocery purchases. Monthly reimbursements for Wi‑Fi/electricity expenses. Monthly reimbursements for training and English classes. 100% covered “Plant Total” membership at SportClub. A flexible vacation policy. Equal Opportunity Employer DEPT® is an equal‑opportunity employer. We believe our work is best when our people feel safe and free to be themselves. We’re committed to an inclusive and barrier‑free recruitment and selection process and workplace, regardless of anyone’s identity, background, beliefs, lifestyle or disabilities.
