How we build Fullscript Developer Handbook. Responsibilities Take ownership of designing, building, testing, and shipping new integrations with Lab Partners. Build scalable and resilient data pipelines to integrate, ingest, and process result data. Design and build the storage and service layer for Lab operations and Lab data. Review pull requests, mentor junior engineers, and advocate for high‑quality code. Give input on high‑level architecture decisions and effectively communicate those decisions. Qualifications Passionate software engineer with a deep commitment to craft. Experience leading projects with intense focus on quality and user experience. Strong bias toward action and critical thinking about next steps. Lifelong learner with insatiable curiosity. Enjoys mentoring more junior engineers. Proficient in Ruby, Python, Node.js, or similar. Bonus: experience scaling or working on high‑scale web applications. Bonus: experience with AI tooling for dev enablement or product features.
