Strategic Coordination and Cross-Functional Communication Ongoing collaboration with production, engineering, and maintenance teams, reporting progress and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Your profile Electrical / Electronic / Electromechanical Technician with over 4 years of experience in industrial environments , specialized in electrical installations, comprehensive maintenance, and technical team leadership . Strong knowledge of safety, quality, and food safety standards , with a focus on continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance . Proven ability to plan, organize, and solve complex technical problems , performing effectively under pressure and meeting demanding deadlines.
