Apparel Designer

Overview We’re partnered with a growing infant clothing and accessories brand that’s looking for an experienced and highly creative Apparel Designer to join their team remotely. This role is ideal for someone who can take a founder’s or creative director’s vision and translate it into production-ready designs that are safe, comfortable, and true to the brand’s aesthetic. If you thrive in both concept development and technical garment execution, this is the opportunity for you. This role is open to all candidates in the Philippines and all over Latin America. What You’ll Be Doing Collaborate closely with the brand’s founder and creative team to interpret design concepts and ideas into cohesive, marketable infantwear collections Develop sketches, mood boards, and detailed tech packs ready for manufacturing Select fabrics, trims, and color palettes that bring each collection to life while ensuring comfort, softness, and safety for babies Oversee design revisions to ensure feasibility for production without compromising aesthetic quality Research and apply emerging trends, silhouettes, and materials relevant to infant apparel and accessories Communicate with pattern makers and production partners to confirm design accuracy and ensure seamless execution Maintain organized digital design files and version control throughout the design cycle What We’re Looking For Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Bilingual Spanish candidates preferred) More than 5 years of experience in apparel design, with previous work in infantwear or children’s clothing a strong plus A portfolio that shows your range: sketches, flats, mood boards, and final garments (infantwear samples preferred) Proficiency in digital design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CLO3D Strong understanding of garment construction, pattern making (basic knowledge is a plus), and fabrics appropriate for infant clothing Available to work US business hours (Graveyard shift in the Philippines) Available to start within 2 weeks from job offer Technical Requirements Comfortable in using time-trackers (e.g. Time Doctor) Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcam Reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps) Available backup equipment in cases of power and internet outages Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace Proficiency in digital design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CLO3D Why You’ll Love Working Here We offer a monthly salary starting at USD 800 - USD 1,000 per month , with flexibility for higher compensation based on your experience and qualifications. This is a part-time role requiring a 20-hour work week, and we make sure your expertise is valued and your contributions are fairly rewarded.
