Job Overview Paid Social Strategist – Power Digital Marketing We are a tech‑enabled growth firm at the intersection of marketing, consulting & data intelligence, helping brands drive revenue growth and brand recognition worldwide. Our culture values diversity, creativity and results driven by integrity, autonomy and grit. Responsibilities Full ownership and execution of performance marketing via paid social platforms. Lead execution of optimizations to improve performance relative to goals across channels including TikTok, Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit and LinkedIn. Strategic communication internally and externally for clients, including autonomous client presentations and performance reporting A‑Z. Leverage data to tell a story and articulate results to clients and key stakeholders with clear next steps. Contribute to a constructive work environment and actively participate in the growth and development of junior talent. Qualifications 1–2 years of digital marketing; 1+ years leading paid social strategy for direct response marketing efforts. 1+ years experience with Meta Ads and TikTok ads for direct response campaigns; additional platforms a plus. 1+ years experience with Google Analytics, Shopify; other technical platforms a plus. Excellent Excel skills and advanced data analytics capabilities. Proactive internal communication with team on performance, strategy, recommendations, deliverables and action items; external communication with clients via email, calls and Slack.
