This position will be responsible for leading the Accounts Receivable, Billing or Credit and Collections teams in the Business Service Center. As the BSC serves additional countries the role will expand accordingly.The primary purpose of this position is to be 2nd line manager for a team in charge of:a. Processing customer invoices and credit notes while working on clear any exception in the process.b. applying incoming payments to open accounts receivables while working on any exceptions in the processc. collecting money from customers by submitting statement of account , dunning unpaid amounts.Motivate team for identifying improvement initiatives, Be project sponsor for the initiatives impacting the processEnsure compliance with accounting standards, Group policy, deadlines and internal controlDefine end to end performance indicators. Identify key performance indicators for Service Level AgreementReport out to leadership and business periodically Key Performance Indicators. Ensure Service Level agreement is met,. Drive action to correct desviation and meet targetsRegion/Country 2nd scalation contact.Accountable for Business Service Center desktop procedures accuracyRespects all Air Liquide safety policies, procedures and programs.Responsible for policy and internal control observance during the execution of the activities. Define and execute remediation plans for audit findingsShared Service center escalation contact for internal customersPromote effective and clear communicationManage team building activities. Promote good working environment relationships. Minimize external rotation. Promote internal rotationManage resource allocation within the Team to ensure efficient/effective resource utilizationCore team member for new process/Activities transitions## \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_## 4+ years experience in finance area is required. Account receivables is preferred.2+ year experience leading teamsFinance, Accounting, or Business Management degree requiredEnglish language proficiency is required.
