Base Pay Range $24,000.00/yr - $30,000.00/yr Skrapp.io is looking for an enthusiastic SEO & Content Assistant to join our dynamic SEO team. Our ideal candidate possesses an understanding of SEO principles and has a passion for creating compelling content that resonates with our audience. In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimising our content and link building strategy to boost organic traffic and engagement, while working closely with an SEO manager . Key Responsibilities SEO Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve our website's visibility on search engines and drive organic traffic Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research to identify high-potential keywords and phrases that align with our target audience's search intent Content Creation: Write, edit, and optimize high-quality content including blog posts, articles, landing pages, and other digital content that adheres to SEO best practices On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, structure, and meta tags to enhance search engine rankings and ensure a seamless user experience Link Building: Collaborate with the outreach team to develop link-building strategies that enhance domain authority and boost SERP rankings Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze website performance using analytical tools to gauge the effectiveness of SEO efforts and content performance Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to curate and refine our content strategy to align with overall business goals and audience needs Stay Updated: Stay informed on the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and content marketing best practices to continually optimize strategies Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with designers, developers, and other teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all relevant projects Requirements 1-4 years of experience in SEO and content marketing Strong understanding of SEO concepts, techniques, and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs) Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a portfolio of published content Experience in keyword research and competitive analysis Familiarity with HTML/CSS and content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights Excellent communication and collaboration abilities A proactive approach with a passion for staying updated on SEO trends and best practices Benefits Observance of 5 public holidays as per the contractor's country of residence. Annual paid leave: 25 days. Monthly coworking space stipend of $100 Fixed salary + commissioned based on closed deals. We will provide contractor/freelancer contracts to our team members. Package: 24K - 30K USD / Year. You will be responsible for paying for your local health insurance, and retirement plan if you wish to have one. Work Environment We are a team of young professionals working remotely from Spain, France, UK, and the US. The position is fully remote; you will enjoy flexible working hours from anywhere in the world.
