SENIOR MICROSTRATEGY DEVELOPER

Senior MicroStrategy Developer – Full‑time, Remote, Argentina. Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior MicroStrategy Developer for a full‑time position (40 hours per week) in Argentina. You'll join the Business Intelligence Team. The perfect candidate will have a strong background in developing complex MicroStrategy reports and dashboards, as well as advanced T‑SQL and ETL development skills. This role requires a complete end‑to‑end understanding of BI architecture, from data ingestion through to final report delivery. Requirements Minimum 7 years of experience in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics. At least 5 years of hands‑on experience with MicroStrategy development. Strong knowledge of MicroStrategy components: Dossiers, Documents, Visualizations, Metrics, Prompts, Filters, Templates. Knowledge of T‑SQL for data querying, transformation, and performance tuning (desired). Solid hands‑on experience with SSIS and ETL workflows. Strong understanding of dimensional modeling and data warehousing concepts. Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills. Nice to have Experience with performance tuning of SQL queries and ETL jobs Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Familiarity with cloud‑based data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Snowflake). Knowledge of data governance and best practices in BI environments. Responsibilities Design, develop, and optimize MicroStrategy dossiers, reports, dashboards, metrics, prompts, and filters. Implement complex reporting logic to support advanced business analysis. Write and tune complex T‑SQL queries for data sourcing, transformation, and performance optimization. Develop and maintain SSIS packages and ETL processes, including data pipelines, SCD (Slowly Changing Dimensions), and automation workflows. Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of BI reports and ETL processes. Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into BI solutions. We offer US and EU projects based on advanced technologies.
