This role is part of our active talent pool, so strong candidates are reviewed continuously and may be fast‑tracked when an opportunity becomes available. Work Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST Reports to: Quality Coordinator Location: Remote. Open to candidates in Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, the Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, or India. What You’ll Do Deliver clear, effective feedback to creatives on customer requests and ensure each meets Design Pickle’s quality standards. Maintain high productivity: review an average of 50 requests per 8‑hour shift. Address customer concerns from a quality perspective and offer recommendations to enhance outputs. Perform technical reviews and provide well‑founded feedback on creative requests, focusing on customer instructions, brand adherence, copy accuracy, and industry standards. (You will review creative output, not manage a team.) Adhere to established quality control procedures while mastering Design Pickle Platform functionalities. Collaborate closely with Quality Specialist teammates and the Quality Coordinator to streamline the quality review queue. Stay informed about the latest updates and pertinent information related to the creative review process. Generate weekly reports, pinpointing areas for improvement in overall aesthetics and creative quality. Actively provide feedback to the Quality Coordinator regarding team procedures, supporting continuous improvement. Proactively notify the Quality Coordinator about abnormal system behavior or potential bugs on the Design Pickle Platform. Perform any other services the client may require. Ideal Profile Proficient in reviewing designs and artworks within the scope of client services. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva, Figma. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and address quality issues in creative work. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills. Effective written and oral communication skills. Capable of working independently while meeting team goals and metrics. Knowledge of the creative industry and a drive to stay updated on trends. Bonus Pickle Points Quality Control and/or Quality Assurance experience in creative work. Important Notice The role is not managerial; you will not oversee a team of creatives.
