Summary Contributes to documentation of standard processes and training material related to central Resourcing. Manages and supports rollout and adoption of all new resourcing guidelines and processes. Manages global resourcing discussions with all internal stakeholders for assigned resource subsets/roles. Effectively triages and/or escalates critical needs and provides guidance to Clinical Resourcing Specialists and Sr. Clinical Resourcing Specialists. Maintains oversight of demand planning efforts including prioritization and distribution of workload to ensure effective productivity and project data quality. Analyzes resource information and provides resource solutions to internal stakeholders for newly awarded and current work, as well as for proposals for new opportunities. Contributes to onboarding and training of new team members into Central resourcing. Supports TA/candidate recruitment efforts, as needed.
