We’re looking for: AML Investigator Responsibilities Conduct investigations of referrals for unusual activity, determining risk exposure to Bitfinex and mitigating risks through SAR filing, account closure recommendations, or fund freezing as applicable. Provide support to Customer Help Desk and Legal Team with investigative assistance. Communicate with customers, agents, and internal attorneys as needed. Qualifications University education (Preferred). Experience in an investigative function. Demonstrated AML experience, including customer and enhanced due diligence (CDD/EDD), AML/CTF/Sanctions investigations, SAR/STR reporting. Basic knowledge of blockchain technology, enhanced in the role. CAMS/CBP designation (Preferred). Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
