The Role We’re looking to hire a Senior Production Artist with strong composition and layout skills for print and digital, strict attention to detail, as well as exceptional organizational, project, and file management are a must. Experienced in turning jobs around in a timely fashion. This position has the chance to work with major global clients on large marketing and advertising campaigns. Duties Communicate between departments verbally and in writing. Check design concepts against all backup information to ensure all correct information is contained and accounted for. Knowledge of various publication and portal requirements. Prepares documentation, maintains records, and coordinates logistics for material shipment. Ensure that deadlines for submitting various assets to Creative Operations team are met. Collaborating closely with Studio Manager and other Production Designers. Must be team oriented and comfortable working closely with others. Able to communicate with offshore teams including Client Leads, Art Directors, Project Managers and more. Work in InDesign and Photoshop to create and adapt layouts and layer comps. Image retouching, clipping paths, and art manipulation. Maintain meticulous quality standards. Requirements Intermediate to advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat Knowledge or understanding of FIgma and Workfront preferred Bachelor’s degree in design - work experience may suffice in the absence of a degree. 5+ years of experience in a similar role. Advanced English communication skills. Experience with regional project brand guideline alignment. Ability to work in US hours (Eastern Standard Time) Experience working in Print Design as well as Email, Social Media, Out of Home and other types of assets. #LI-Hybrid #LI-RM1 Our Hogarth Values Hands on No egos here.
