Job Description We are looking for aSenior (SR) Mobile Developer with advanced experience and a strategic vision in React Native and Expo. The ideal candidate will lead the architecture and development of our multiplatform mobile application, making critical technical decisions, mentoring the team, and ensuring the scalability of the ecosystem based on Expo SDK 54, Expo Router, and a modular monorepo architecture. Responsibilities Technical Leadership: Define code standards, guide architectural evolution, and ensure technical debt control. High-Complexity Development: Implement critical functionalities, ensuring the code remains maintainable in the long term. Mentorship & Culture: Raise the team's technical level through continuous training and strategic code reviews. Release Strategy: Lead the full publication lifecycle on the App Store and Google Play Store, managing the EAS ecosystem (Build, Update, Submit). Operational Excellence: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate complex technical concepts to Product or Business profiles. Documentation: Create and maintain architectural guides, technical decision records (ADRs), and development processes. Requirements (MUST-HAVE) Experience: At least 5 years of demonstrable experience in mobile development with React Native, leading complex and scalable projects. Technical Mastery: Expert experience in Expo SDK, Expo Router, and EAS management (including OTA updates). Architecture: Deep knowledge of patterns such as Clean Architecture, DDD-lite, and SOLID principles. Development Infrastructure: Design and optimization of monorepo architectures (Turborepo/Nx). State Management: Design of global state systems (Zustand, Context API) and caching strategies with React Query or SWR. Quality & Testing: Definition of testing strategies (Unit, Integration, and E2E with Detox/Maestro). Hardware: Mandatory availability of a Mac for iOS development and environment management. Language: Advanced English level is not required for this position. Advanced experience in creating scalable Design Systems (using Tamagui or similar). Creation of custom Expo Modules and communication with native APIs. Implementation of advanced security (Biometrics, deep linking, Root/Jailbreak prevention). Implementation of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure Pipelines). Expert mastery of TypeScript 5.x. Location & Modality Modality: Hybrid — 3 days onsite.
