Maintenance Chief

Position Maintenance Chief Company Trafigura Main Purpose Responsible for site maintenance management. Key Responsibilities Coordinate the execution of corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance processes, ensuring their compliance in a timely manner, working to reduce unproductive times. Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure the availability and reliability of fixed and rotating equipment. Manage the maintenance team, assigning tasks and resources efficiently. Perform failure analysis and propose effective solutions. Collaborate on continuous improvement and process optimization projects. Preparation and analysis of reports and indicators. Installation and start-up of new equipment/lines. Coordinate and supervise the work carried out by third parties. Maintenance of electrical equipment. Management and administration of materials and supplies. Knowledge and skills Mechanical, electrical, electromechanical, industrial engineering (maintenance orientation). Solid experience in maintenance management, preferably in continuous process industries. 3 years of experience in similar positions. Advanced English level. Good performance with Microsoft Office, preferably Excel. Knowledge of Electricity (Low and Medium Voltage). Management and maintenance of Generating Sets and BT and MV panels.
