UX/UI Designer for a Marketing Company (US‑Based/Remote) Paired is a global staffing and recruiting agency that matches remote work with top‑tier talent. Role Overview Our client is a marketing company that manages a diverse portfolio of mobile apps in fitness, camping, and lifestyle categories. They are looking for a highly skilled UX/UI Designer who specializes in mobile app design and app store creatives to elevate the look and feel of the apps and improve conversion across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities Design user‑friendly, visually consistent, and intuitive UI/UX for multiple apps. Work with product managers and developers to translate requirements into functional designs and prototypes. Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for new features and redesigns. Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides across apps. Design high‑converting app store screenshots, feature graphics, and preview videos. A/B test visual variations in partnership with the ASO team. Ensure visuals align with brand guidelines and app positioning across categories. Adapt designs across different devices, orientations, and localization needs. Partner with marketing, ASO, and growth teams to align creative with acquisition goals. Provide developers with export‑ready assets and design specifications. Stay ahead of design trends, competitor visuals, and platform best practices. Requirements 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for mobile apps (iOS & Android). Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar). Experience creating user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. Understanding of ASO and how design impacts conversion in the app stores. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects across a portfolio. Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
