Senior HR Analyst | Beach Avenue Financial | The Anything Group - We are Anything but Ordinary TAG’s hiring The Anything Group is a full-service digital, marketing, software development and provision, branding, website development and reputation agency, with a full in-house production and filming studio. TAG performs Emotive Engagement and Connection Marketing services across the hospitality, luxury brands and products, fashion, retail and streamed media worlds. We're looking for a Graphic Designer to join our shine team. This role involves creating stunning visual assets, design for digital & social, craft content calendars, collaborate with our Digital team, write captions, manage posts, and help elevate the visual identity of top hospitality & lifestyle brands. Expectations for this role: Create compelling visual designs for digital platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and ads. Develop branding assets such as logos, style guides, packaging elements, and overall brand identity materials. Support production needs by delivering design assets for video, motion graphics, and on-set requirements. Collaborate with marketing, content, and account teams to interpret briefs and bring creative concepts to life. Adapt and localize existing design materials for different markets, channels, and formats. Ensure consistency across all visual touchpoints while following brand guidelines. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas aligned with project goals. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Stay updated with design trends, industry standards, and new creative tools. Social media management: Strategic planning of monthly social media content calendars based on offerings, promotions, activations, and hotel/brand events. Collaboration with the Digital team to align organic and paid communications. Copywriting for posts, captions, and social assets. Client communications Execution and account management, including posting, scheduling, and daily oversight of social channels. Performance analysis & reporting to ensure continuous improvement of social strategies. Bonus: experience with Notion/Airtable tools. Personal & Professional Skills we’re looking for: Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Experience with Figma, Canva or similar collaborative design tools. Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and branding. Experience creating assets for both digital and print media. Motion graphics or basic video editing skills are a plus (After Effects, Premiere). Proactiveness and a strong sense of ownership. Autonomy and availability to work part-time with flexible hours. Teamwork and good communication skills. Receptive to constructive feedback and able to adapt to dynamic changes. You'll be a top candidate if you have: Experience working with hospitality, luxury, fashion, or lifestyle brands. Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital design, and campaign assets. Ability to interpret brand strategy into coherent visual identities. Skill in creating motion assets (GIFs, animations, simple motion graphics). Experience working in fast-paced agency environments. Strong English communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team. What do we have to offer?
