Position Overview We are seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to provide high-quality rehabilitative care within our skilled nursing facility. While this position is full-time, we encourage you to inquire if PRN or Part-Time opportunities better fit your schedule. We value work-life balance and are happy to explore options. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough PT evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence Document all patient care in accordance with state, federal, and facility guidelines Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and medical teams to ensure coordinated care Educate residents and family members on exercise programs, safety, and functional strategies Participate in care conferences and contribute to ongoing plan-of-care updates Qualifications Valid New Mexico state license as a Physical Therapist (PT) Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program No experience with skilled nursing rehabilitation, supportive team to mentor and guide Strong communication skills and a passion for patient-centered care What We Offer Competitive starting rate of $60.00/hour Flexible scheduling to support your lifestyle Supportive, team-oriented work environment Opportunities for professional growth and continuing education If you’re ready to join a compassionate team and make a difference every day, we’d love to hear from you #J-18808-Ljbffr
