Responsibilities Understand the product’s target market, competitors and design and articulate its value proposition and positioning. Develop and execute go-to-market plans: including messaging, pricing, and competitive analysis. Work closely with the product team to identify key product features and benefits, and create compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target customers. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns and materials that effectively communicate the value of Rappi Ads to our target audience. Develop sales enablement tools such as sales presentations, case studies, and product demos to help the sales team effectively sell the Rappi Ads product. Monitor and report on the performance of the product, including sales revenue, customer feedback, and market trends, and use this data to continually improve the product and its positioning. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field. MBA or Masters Degree is a plus. 7+ years of experience in marketing with a minimum of +3 in product marketing and/or branding, preferably in the advertising or digital media industry. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Proven ability to develop and execute successful go-to-market strategies for new products.
