The Role As a Client Solutions Manager for Amazon , you are the architect of our client partnerships. You will act as a strategic advisor and the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-potential advertisers and agencies. Your mission is to deeply understand their business objectives and translate them into powerful, measurable advertising strategies that leverage the full suite of Amazon ad products. You are the quarterback who ensures your clients not only achieve their e-commerce and marketing goals but consistently find new avenues for growth, all backed by Aleph’s unique global capabilities. What You’ll Do Develop Strategic Partnerships: Go beyond day‑to‑day management to build and nurture long‑term client relationships. Act as a trusted consultant and the primary external expert on Amazon’s advertising solutions. Deliver Data‑Driven Insights: Serve as the link between key customers, internal teams, and Amazon. Lead client education on product solutions, oversee campaign optimization strategies, and analyze performance to drive brand and performance metrics. Orchestrate Flawless Execution: Oversee the entire campaign lifecycle, from consulting on setup and media solutions to managing internal account operations and reporting. Proactively troubleshoot issues to ensure flawless delivery and exceptional performance. Identify and Drive Growth: Proactively analyze campaign data, market trends, and client performance to identify and pursue opportunities for product adoption, upselling, and turning new sales into long‑lasting relationships. Be the Voice of the Client: Work seamlessly with internal cross‑functional teams and our partners at Amazon, ensuring client needs are met and feedback informs our strategies. What Success Looks Like In your first 30 days, you will immerse yourself in Aleph’s culture, master the Amazon Ads suite through dedicated courses, meet your portfolio of clients, and begin to understand their history and objectives. In your first 90 days, you will be independently managing your client portfolio, providing strategic consultations, conducting performance reviews, and identifying initial growth opportunities within the Amazon ecosystem. In your first year, you will have become a trusted strategic advisor to your clients, consistently exceeding growth and satisfaction targets for your portfolio. You will be actively contributing to the team’s collective knowledge and success in our region’s markets. Minimum Qualifications A strong analytical mindset with a passion for solving problems with data. A genuine curiosity for the digital advertising and e‑commerce industry and an appetite for learning. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a propensity for building relationships with professionals at all organizational levels. A proactive, "doer" attitude with excellent organizational skills to prioritize your work and take initiative. Completely fluent in English. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. Significant experience with programmatic marketing, ad tech, and e‑commerce marketing. Hands‑on experience with Amazon Ad Products is a strong advantage. Proven knowledge of digital media platforms, advertising success metrics, and industry trends (performance marketing, full‑funnel management, data solutions). Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency with tools such as Advanced Excel, Google Suite, and BI platforms. Project management experience, with the ability to complete projects with minimal direction and high attention to detail.
