Description Our client based in USA is an all-in-one community management solution, designed to increase staff productivity, reduce resident complaints, and most importantly simplify management. Requirements Minimum 5 years of professional experience developing mobile applications with Flutter (Dart, custom widgets). Proven experience with Provider or BLoC state management. Solid experience integrating REST APIs and applying clean architecture principles. Familiarity with unit testing in Flutter and test-driven development practices. Proficient with Git and comfortable working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban). Strong problem‑solving skills and creative thinking focused on improving user experience. Fluent English in written and spoken communication. Experience publishing Flutter apps to Play Store and App Store, and creating web builds. Experience integrating and using Firebase. Job responsibilities Design and develop responsive user interfaces using Flutter. Collaborate with the design team to translate business requirements and prototypes into functional UI components. Optimize the speed and performance of web and mobile applications, ensuring minimal load times and a smooth user experience. Implement and maintain platform UX/UI style guides and standards. Integrate APIs and external services to display real‑time data. Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code, following best practices for version control and code management. Perform unit and integration testing to ensure software quality. Work collaboratively with backend and QA teams to ensure seamless interaction between system components.
