They are an independent fast‑growing organization building new internal systems to automate data processing and dashboard updates. We are looking for a Back‑End Product Developer (Mid‑Level) to join their small high‑impact team. This role is ideal for professionals with solid backend experience in C# / .NET, strong API integration skills, and comfort working with databases and multiple data sources. What You Will Do Design, build and maintain backend services using C# / .NET ensuring performance, reliability and clean code practices. Develop and manage RESTful API integrations connecting multiple internal and external systems, processing JSON data and ensuring seamless data flow. Work with enterprise databases such as Snowflake, Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server to query, transform and integrate datasets and KPIs. Automate internal data processes to feed dashboards efficiently, reducing manual work and ensuring updated accurate outputs to support the development of a new internal automation platform. Requirements Technical Skills (High Priority) 3 years of experience in backend development. Strong proficiency in C# / .NET (main backend stack). Solid experience building and consuming RESTful APIs. Experience working with databases (Snowflake, Oracle, MS SQL Server or other enterprise‑grade DBs). Strong ability to integrate information from APIs, JSON structures, KPIs and various databases. Experience in Microsoft server environments. Nice to Have Python experience. Java experience. Background in information systems or related fields. Soft Skills Adaptability to evolving project requirements. Strong communication and teamwork. Good organization and task management. Excellent time management to meet deadlines. Language English: Upper‑Intermediate to Advanced (daily interactions 10 meetings per day with non‑Spanish speakers).
