Overview Site Reliability Operator (SRO) - Night Shift role at Netrix Global. The Site Reliability Operator (SRO) - Night Shift role is part of the Managed Services – Site Operations team. Responsibilities Develop our clients Work closely with a cross-functional team of developers, designers, cloud engineers, solution architects, and DBA's engineers to ensure the infrastructure 24x7 Participate on an Agile team, with daily scrum meetings, as well as planning and grooming meetings Perform system wide analysis to ensure the proposed solution is the best-in-class without causing any negative impact What You Will Bring To The Table Recognize and verify an event through the Client's standard monitoring tools Response to Customer requests between defined SLAs Scale when needed based on defined SLAs Create an event log and document/verify initial information, including severity, priority, and service levels, and initiate resolution activities documented by Customer. Execute documented actions, previously reviewed and approved by the Client Perform diagnostic actions as needed Improve Customer documentation where possible. Assign an event to the appropriate service provider or support group Validate that service restoration has been achieved Interact with monitoring tools and metrics to create a continuous improvement pipeline Work on problem management to implement opportunities for improvement arising from the autopsy of the incident Technologies Monitoring tools (Nagios - Zabbix - Splunk - SignalFX - Datadog - Grafana) Cloud (Azure & AWS) - AWS Preferred Infrastructure: Domain Controllers; On-prem & cloud infra; Networking; Basic Relational DB knowledge; Basic Containers knowledge Linux & Windows Server sysadmin Automation tools (ansible, puppet, Terraform) Scripting: Powershell; Bash Advanced English Location Argentina (any part of the country is great for us) Shift Night shift: 23 p.m. to 7 a.m. - Sunday to Thursday What We Offer Swiss Medical SMG 30 (primary family group) AWS certifications. 99% discount in Mercado Pago payments.
