Senior Software Engineer (Web) – Remote Location: Remote – Argentina Duration: Long Term Responsibilities Implement designs to create re‑usable componentized websites using React. Break down visual designs into tasks and develop user experiences. Make and handle HTTP requests to APIs from both Node services and the web client. Decide trade‑offs between server and client for data calls. Identify and raise blockers, seek assistance when needed. Communicate effectively with stakeholders about sprint deliverables. Write clean, maintainable, and testable code while maintaining design quality. Attend daily standups and relevant meetings. Required Qualifications Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in fast‑paced environments. Self‑starter capable of pushing projects to completion. Experience building websites utilizing SSR with React. Strong debugging skills. 5+ years of industry experience designing, building, and maintaining websites. 3+ years of experience with React. Experience with Node. Knowledge of React life cycle. Expertise in writing unit and integration tests. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Node service layers such as Remix.run or Next.js. React Testing Library knowledge. Experience with Mantine, Material‑UI, or other component libraries. Familiarity with React hooks, providers, and context. Knowledge of REST and GraphQL. Experience deploying sites on Vercel. Familiarity with Google Analytics and load testing. Understanding of ADA compliance. Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure for ML model development. Collect, process, and prepare large datasets for analysis, feature engineering, and training. Implement data quality checks, validation, and monitoring. Optimize storage, retrieval, and processing performance for ML workloads. Develop and maintain ETL processes and workflows. Manage data versioning, storage, and access control. Collaborate with DevOps for deployment and scaling of ML models. Stay updated with emerging data engineering and ML technologies. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field. Proven data engineering experience, preferably supporting Data Scientists. Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or Scala. Proficiency with SQL, NoSQL, and distributed computing frameworks. Experience with data warehousing and integration tools. Experience with AWS Glue, Airflow, etc. Knowledge of ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and model deployment. Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization.
